“Thoughtfully designed by OKW Architects and Matheny Goldmon Architecture + Interiors, Vista at Councill Square redefines luxury living in Huntsville.” The 332-unit development, with architecture by OKW, will host a grand opening next week. We’re excited to see our first multifamily project in Alabama wrap up!

One Winnetka plans April groundbreaking after earning final approval

“Winnetka’s Village Council during its Tuesday, Jan. 21 meeting approved an ordinance granting final approval to the plans for the four-story, mixed-use upcoming development in the heart of town.” Exciting news for the village and its residents!
